Population
The Hallen School serves approximately 280 students from the New York City Metropolitan Area, including all five boroughs, Westchester, Rockland, and Nassau counties.

School Calendar
The Hallen School is a 12 month school offering including a six week summer program that is highly recommended to all students. .  The Therapeutic services and academic instruction continue throughout the summer, preparing students for the following school year..

Hours
The school day is from 8:00AM to 2:00PM. Mini buses provide door-to-door service for every student.  Each bus is staffed by a driver and a matron.

Nurse
Our school nurse is on site and available throughout the school day. The school nurse is authorized to administer medication to students only at the direction of a physician and with parental or guardian consent.  No student may enroll at Hallen without a current medical and immunization record.
